Hmmmm, I've had quite a relaxing sunday! I woke up around 9am, then i lazed around for a him, reading my newest thriller novel "The Ugly Duckling," by Iris Johansen. A pretty interesting read. I sort of recommend it to anyone who likes fast-paced stories with a little bit of romance.
Anyway, today we went hiking to Cobenzl (again), and it was really nice. It was sunny and i had my iPod with so I could listen to all my new songs and decide which ones to delete when I get home. I have a few from Busted, Meg&Dia, Aly&AJ, Avril Lavigne a few others. My ears sort of hurt now, to tell the truth :P.
I'm really bummed out that the weekends went by so fast. I wish I could have another longer holiday for maybe, like 8 weeks. Which I know would never happen but whatever. On friday I had my first art lesson with mr. Holzinger. Our topic is Mixed Media, so its kinda like collage, magazine clippings as well as newpaper ones, stickers, paints, oils... it seems pretty fun, but I just didn't really expect that.
Tomorrow morning I have double P.E., which is something I'm sooo looking forwards to. NOT. I hate P.E.! It so does not rock my socks.
Anyway, I'll maybe go swimming later, depending on the weather. Tomorrow's going to be 29 degrees celsius or something, so im gonna be SWEALTING. yeah.

Expanding knowledge in school

Its finally the weekend! And I have to say that I'm pretty glad that it has arrived. Grade 9 seems to be pretty busy. My least favourite subjects this year (it might have something to do with my teachers ;o) are: Physics, Math, English and German.
English used to be, like, my favourite subject, but now it's so dull that I could fall asleep (and even then, my teacher probably would carry on droning). I have a new obsession! There is a new guy at school and even though he's not handsome, maybe not clever (I haven't seen that for myself :P), and in possession of no great talents, I feel so freakishly happy when he's around!
Ugh, and that makes me act all weird and, um, weird. My friend has a new crush too. And I have to say that he really is very attractive. He's in my math class, and he has the most delicate face features I have ever seen. His eyebrows are symetrical and perfect; not too thick and not too thin. His lips are so soft looking and beautiful, that you just wanna look at it all day. And his eyes are so gentle, confused and brilliant...just wayyyyy too innocent.
He is just a perfect angel! :P Okay, I might have freaked you out back there with my description, but I have to tell you: IT'S ALL TRUE. But, you know, if you are a boy, you probably won't think so :)

First day of school - tomorrow!
I really don't know what I'm feeling right now. Happy, distressed, nervous, numb...I can't be sure! Because school has its possive points, but unfortunately it also has its negative ones.
Which include teachers, homeworks, idiots, lunchlines blah blah. I mean, how much could I do with that time instead of just learning a bunch of stuff, I'll forget before the years even over?!
At least I'm sure that I'll be glad to see my friends. Laila, Florence, Rebecca, XZ, Anna... I miss them all so much! It's a good thing there's Internet, you know, so I can contact them and see them etc, or else I'll truly be bored out of my wits :P.
Tomorrow, there's gonna beTONS of traffic outside of our school, because nearly every parent will probably want to send their kids to the first day of school in their Mercedes, or BMW, so its going to be crowded. That's why my sister and I are going to be going with the public transport. No style, I agree, but definately faster :D.
Ugh, my brain has been bombarding me with questions, such as "Am I going to look like a midget, because everyone else has grown and I haven't?" and "What if my teachers all suck?". Which really is going to bug me a lot, since I'm going to have them for the rest of the year...Ahhh!
Please, just someone tell the authorities that school is just so that kids have something to do so they don't cause the grownups trouble, because we're really not learning a lot of useful stuff!
I mean, why aren't we learning how to survive in the wilderness? How to act when being raped or mugged? Or maybe how to prevent thieves from stealing stuff from you? If those things are on our IB's and SAT's then I'm definately going to get into Harvard :)

Hiking

Today I went hiking with my friend, Xin, to Cobenzl. The hike wasn't tiring at all, mostly because the hill isn't really that much of a hill :P. It's sort of just flat, only slightly slopey. At the top, we fed some rabbits and cooed to a few little cute dogs. Then we played like little children on the swings, bars and seesaws. lol, it felt childish but free. Sometimes I think that I was a bird in my last life :P.
Anyway, after we came down the mini hill, we headed to the nearest McDonald's. Okay, yeah I know that's really ironic, you know, excercising (good for your body), then straight to Mc's (not good for your body). But hey, at least it balances out!
Then we went to my place and we sang karaoke and played computer and watched TV. We also ate icecream and played cheat (my sister's favourite game - she's pretty good at it too!).
It feels really great to see friends again, who you haven't seen for ages. I guess 2 years isn't that long, but after all, time does go by quickly. Which reminds me... school is starting in 2 days. God help me, I don't think I can stand another year again of idiots, time wasters and boring subjects. Please let it all go smoothly, funly and excitingly!

Mariahilferstr.
Back from the cinema. My friend and I watched HP5 and, personally, I think the film is better than the book (for once). I have a few other films I want to watch, such as The Jane Austen Book Club, High School Musical and Virgin Territory. There are a few others, but I can't think of them.
My sister is singing karaoke now so I get some quiet time finally! Mariahilferstr. is much better than the DZ ever was. The shops are pretty boring but the atmosphere and ppl make up for that.
I wonder when I get to have another hamster! I love hamsters! they are just so adorable and tiny and not too clever, but that's what makes them cute. I miss my old hamster...

Kino with a friend

Later, I'm going to watch the 15:50 showing of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoeonix. I didn't like the book much, but I have this thing that I have to watch every film.
I'm going with a friend later. She's been in Canada for most of the past two years, and she's back for a week. We're both into HP and computers games, so we have plenty to talk about!
Haha, I'm glad I'm an influence on someone, L! Now we can be CSI buddies, photo editing buddies (me photoshop, you paint shop) and also...Blogger buddies!!
Photo above is my grandma and me in a palace garden in Beijing, in the boat to get to the other side!

bad night
ugh, talk about a sleepness night. my lips started hurting again (it has ever since I got my braces. it doesn't happen to anyone else. maybe im just queer?) so i woke up at like 3am.
I really hate to use my vaseline now. ive been using it for months but its like this addiction. without it, my lips get dry and when i laugh, it cracks. this would be funny if it weren't happening to me.
im going shopping with a friend later. I don't have much to buy but i just wanna walk around. school starts next wednesday so im making the most of my freedom!

sweet nostalgia

okay. first entry on this blogger blog, LOVEpixie. I'm not really a pixie. the name just sounds nice. anyway, if you want to read any of my older and longer entries, try my livejournal (linkage on the right navagation bar). it hasn't been used in months but that's no deal.
The kitty above is the cutest ones ive ever seen. i met her in a funky pet store (YES, petstores can be funky :P) in beijing, china (you know, where the 2008 olympics are happening) in a cage, poor dear.
My life's pathetic mini ambition is now to save her back, which is probably gonna fail cuz someone's gonna get to her first.
I'm not gonna write much today. Have a tummyache. Went shopping. Did a test for my austrian passport. feel lighthearted. buh-bye <3
