Back to basics

A week back from Murau and I'm finding this place more boring than ever. Seriously, I mean before I always knew that Vienna was a boring place and that everything was just plain and simply and utterly calm, but now its like that more than ever. If that's even possible.

Murau was such a brill trip, especially compared to Florence, Italy, which we went to last year. That sucked. But Murau was surprisingly Utterly fun! Okay, so I have this other more personal diary, and i recorded down everything that happened etc everyday. Since I'm most likely going to write something about 9A's trip to Murau for the Spotlight, people in my school will be able to read. But I'll put the basics here anyway:

ONE
The day we were going to Murau I woke up around 8:30, checked that all my things were packed then promptly headed to my computer and started playing Lemonade Stand (Which btw is the best game for those who easily die of boredom :D). At 9:05 I arrived at my school, and saw that everyone was assembled in the octagon, with their heavy bags and excited parents.

I was kind of bored while I was waiting for the bus to get ready, but when it finally did get ready I seriously nearly got squashed by everyone trying to get to the bus.

I mean, hello? Everyone's gonna get a seat, for God's sake. It's like the Beijing-episode all over again, where people push each other to get on the train, when there's definately space enough for everyone to sit. It just proves that you're immature and weird.

The bus ride was long and uneventful (in which the first half of the trip, one of the, um, teachers told us off every five mintues. "No foods or drinks!" "No pictures, its annoying!" "No loud music" blah blah blah.

Some people should get a life). Anyway, I thankfully had my iPod and my diary with, so I at least had something to do. The Idiotic thing was that I left my romance book in my suitcase, which was stuffed into the compartments, so i couldn't read it :(

We got there at about 2 or 3 pm (I'm not sure anymore) and straight after lunch, we assembled outside to meet our trainers, who would be with us for the week. My homeroom's trainers were Eva and Stefan. They were cool.

Stefan has this goatee (utterly distracting) and long hair, way past his shoulders. Eva was sort of like a Hippie with sloppy braids and this headband. Both of them were fun and cute.

We played a few games which I guess were supposed to make us each know each other better. It was fun, but I really don't know about the "getting to know one another" part :)

Then after dinner, we did our first challenge: THE ACIDE LAKE. That one was kind of boring, since all I got to do was pull on a rope, but I guess that counts as something pretty important :P. Anyway, Kirill (this new guy who is in my class but looks like he's 17 or 18) proved that he was some quality leader.

No offense, but in the beginning I actually thought he was the silent type. But during that week, he proved to be the silent and strong type. Extremely rare in today's society of teenagers, if I may say =P.

Anyway he was sort of the mastermind of the whole challenge and I have got to say that he really looked like he knew what he was doing. And then later when we had to feedback on what we thought we contributed to the group, he was all "I didn't do a lot" or something like that. haha such modesty :D

lol, there was this other guy who was the complete opposite! Ivan, who loves mushrooms (and eating them) and the nature. rofl.

I seriously appologize, but I just don't really feel like writing anymore today. I think i ate too many Skittles :S
Add me on Facebook! Just write "Vicky Jin" In the search box and tah-dah!! I'll be the first one on the list ;)
